Over the last 12 months we have been working with a number of clients on an expanded offering outside of the traditional consulting and training model.

Squad provision

Not limited to the more traditional scope of agile specialist roles (Release Train Engineers; Scrum Masters; Product Managers; Product Owners) via our associate network we can also provide entire delivery functions including but not limited to Engineers; Developers; Testers; Business Analysts; Solution / Enterprise Architects; Change; Communications and Trainers. These have proven ideal for speedy delivery of discrete requirements; and discovery phases for larger pieces of work.

Internal capability building

Given the difficulty for many clients to source suitable experts in the market we offer a number of 6/12/18 month programmes based on role based learning and supplementary exercises supported by any additional training and certification that may be needed.

Maturity Reviews

As budgets come under pressure many clients are wondering exactly what they have been buying when it comes to support and consultancy from their incumbent providers. Using a report based on a number of successful implementations; we can ensure that you are measuring what matters as opposed to simply counting how many teams are using Jira or running through a checklist of what teams are holding the various agile events. Asking important questions such as what is the true level of engagement of your customer base and how long it takes to deliver value to the end customer we provide a tailored set of recommendations to ensure implementations can get back on track.
