During this one-day SAFe® Hardware workshop, attendees will learn how to apply Lean, Agile, and SAFe practices and principles to Hardware teams. The course uses a combination of hands-on activities, introspection, and guided exercises to help teams build collective alignment.
Our SAFe Hardware workshop includes a free Hardware agility assessment, allowing you to better understand your teams strengths and weaknesses and an opportunity to baseline before adopting new ways of working. The course finishes with an activity that allows attendees to apply SAFe in their own real-world environments. The course includes a certificate of completion and there is no exam.
